“The Founding Story”
My Journey into personal training is deeply rooted in my own experience with injury and recovery. As a former division II collegiate wrestler, I faced a significant challenge when i suffered a spinal injury that led to years of debilitating sciatic pain. This experience not only costed a lot of time, money, and effort. But also shaped my understanding of physical limitations; igniting my passion for helping others reclaim their strength and vitality.
After years of pain, exercises that only reduced the pain, and a lot of Tylenol. The decision was simple strength. A bachelor’s degree in exercise science, complemented by minors in nutrition and psychology aided in my discovery of FINALLY moving pain free. This educational foundation, combined with my career of hands-on experience; working alongside doctors of chiropractic and physical therapy, has equipped me with a unique perspective on strength and mobility training.
I am dedicated to providing personalized fitness programs that focus on overcoming weaknesses and enhancing overall well-being. My approach blends functional fitness with mobility and rehabilitation training to ensure every client can move, feel, and LIVE better.
